Formerly owned and operated by Dr. Singer, the practice is now in the capable hands of Emmi Lucca, FNP, a family healthcare practitioner with decades of experience, including two rotations with Dr. Singer’s patients!
Changing Hands — a New Era for Lakota Family Practice
After Dr. Singer’s passing, his wife asked Emmi if she would continue his legacy of serving the lake region to ensure his patients continued getting the quality healthcare they needed. Emmi had previously done two nursing rotations with Dr. Singer, and had also developed a loyal patient following throughout her career. After hearing Mrs. Singer’s request, she agreed right away!
Emmi has 27 years of experience in healthcare with time spent in a variety of hospital settings, including ICU, CCU, ER, Psychiatric, and Hospice Nursing. She spent 11 years in family practice, making a name for herself at Milford Family Practice before moving to the lake region to continue Dr. Singer’s legacy at Lakota Family Practice. Now, she’s ready to provide personalized care to existing and new patients alike!
Now Able to Help Patients Faster Than Ever!
We now have SMS text to our land line capabilities. Patients no longer need to call the office they can just text our main line 272-336-0101 if they choose. Refils, appointment requests, questions…etc can now just be texted and quickly responded to by our staff.

We have made diligent efforts to establish an agreement with Emblem Health GHI insurance in order to effectively meet the healthcare requirements of our valued patients.
Regrettably, we must inform you that Emblem Health is presently unable to onboard new providers. Consequently, we are unable to accept this insurance from our patients at this juncture. We are committed to keeping you informed and will provide updates should the circumstances evolve.
