Meet Emmi
and the Lakota Team
Emmi has 27 years of experience in healthcare with time spent in a variety of hospital settings, including ICU, CCU, ER, Family Practice, and Hospice Nursing. She spent 11 years in family practice, making a name for herself at Milford Family Practice before moving to the Lake Wallenpaupack region to continue Dr. Singer’s legacy at Lakota Family Practice.
For those who have been going to Dr. Singer’ for years, you’ll be glad to know that you’ll still see many familiar faces during your visit. Our amazing office team is still the same — Tracy and Jennifer are excited to see you again or meet you for the first time!
Honoring Our Military & First Responders
We have an extremely personal respect for all the active-duty military, retired military, and first responders in our area and beyond. Ray, our office manager (and Emmi’s husband), spent 21 years serving as an Air National Guardsman. Respecting and honoring our local heroes is literally a part of us here at Lakota, and we look forward to providing quality healthcare service to all active and retired military members and first responders.

If you are not sure if we are “in network” with your insurance plan, contact your insurance provider directly to find out using the phone number on the back of your insurance card. Some insurance policies offer “out-of-network benefits,” so we may be able to accept your insurance even if we are not officially credentialed with your plan.
We also offer a cash pay alternative if you currently lack insurance or have an insurance plan that we do not currently accept.
